Don’t Take a Summer Break From Your CrossFit Classes
Summer brings sunshine, vacations, BBQs, and a much-needed change of pace—but that doesn’t mean it’s time to take a break from your health. In fact, summer is one of the most important times to stay consistent with your workouts.
Here’s why you should continue to attend CrossFit classes over the summer
